Please ensure that your address, including street and house numbers, is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or returned due to address issues.
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Don’t worry—we’ll email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process the order within 2 business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

International duties and/or taxes


Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country’s tax and valuation method.

Package lost


For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Please make sure your order is correct.


No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries – if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees and in case your order will be destroyed by customs and not returned to our store, it will not be refunded by KIKIBABY.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less ฿500 to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs. 

If your order has delivered and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. If you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.
