Return Policy

1. Orders are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your item(s).
If you choose to return an item for a refund, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Once your return request is approved, we will send a prepaid return label for exchanges and store credit requests.
2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to Return

Step 1:
Submit your return request with your order number and the item you need to return or exchange.
Step 2:
Follow the return instruction to mail the products to our return facility. Please write down your order number on a small piece of paper and put it in the package.
Step 3:
Please send the returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.
Step 4:
Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel.

Important note:

1. In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fee that occurred.

• You don’t want the item you bought；
• You choose the wrong item (wrong size or style).

2.  Clearance items discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
